How selling works

1. Sign up and verify. Email, then your mobile. If you hold a council breeding licence, add the number and we check it against the council's register.
2. Build the advert. Up to 40 photos and 5 videos, one record per animal, and the health declarations that buyers actually read.
3. We check it. Clean adverts go live within minutes. We tell you plainly if something needs changing.
4. Talk to buyers. Messages come through Panjo Pets, so your number stays private until you choose otherwise.
5. Get paid safely. Turn on Panjo Pets Payments and the deposit lands with you up front, with the balance released when the buyer confirms collection.

What we will not let you do

Because it matters to the buyers you want. We block banned breeds, pregnant animals, cropped ears, swaps and loans, and offers to courier an animal. Licensed sellers must publish their licence number, the issuing council, the animal's age and its country of origin and residence - the law requires it and we enforce it at submit.
