What the buyer gets

What the seller gets
- Payments is free for sellers
- A free 3-day boost on the advert when you turn it on
- A deposit released to you up front, up to 25%
- Payout is released as soon as the buyer confirms collection
- If a buyer changes their mind after paying, you normally keep the deposit
What Payments covers
Payments covers the transaction. A regulated payment partner holds the balance and the seller is the merchant of record, so your money sits with a regulated firm from the moment you pay until you confirm collection.
What the animal itself is warranted against, and for how long, sits with the seller and belongs in their contract - so read it before you pay. And the one thing that tells you whether an animal was well bred is seeing it, with its mother, in the place it was raised.
