What the buyer gets

- If a buyer changes their mind after paying, you normally keep the deposit
The honest limits
We are not an insurer and we are not a bank. We do not hold your money ourselves - a regulated payment partner does, and the seller is the merchant of record. The health guarantee covers conditions present at collection, not everything that can go wrong in six months, and the terms are worth reading before you rely on them.
Payments protects the transaction. It does not tell you whether the animal was well bred. Only seeing it, with its mother, in the place it was raised, does that.
