What it is not
- It does not get you a pet. Sellers choose who they sell to, and they should. Premium gets you into the conversation, nothing more.
- It does not renew. When the 30 days end, it ends, and we email you to say so. There is nothing to cancel.
- It does not hide anything from anyone. Every advert is visible to every visitor the moment it is published, and the message button is on all of them. We are not going to put a countdown on a living animal.
- It does not limit replies. Answering a seller who has written to you is never counted, on any account, ever.
- It is not refundable once you have used contacts beyond the free allowance, for the obvious reason.
